PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • No specific products are to be endorsed, we seek as broad a representation of products as we can get.

  • We are especially interested in technical demonstrations and presentations.

  • Manufacturer's technical representative's are especially welcome.

  • Handouts are encouraged please contact us for anticipated attendees.

  • All types of equipment can be made available for use in presentations. This ranges from trucks to audio visual equipment.

  • Please bring a supply of business cards to meet the needs of the group.

  • Our members are inquisitive, we ask you to be prepared for questions. Please do your homework and be prepared. Know where to get answers you do not have at hand.

  • We are professional, but casual dress as comfortable as you care.

  • Many of our members come from around the state and have multiple responsibilities therefore, we ask you to be on time for the meeting, and start and finish your presentation promptly.

  • Models, Demos, and Props are highly recommended.

  • An invitation to make a presentation is not an opportunity for a sales presentation to a captive audience.

If you would like the opportunity to advertise your products or services, please consider joining our Association. Our Website and Newsletter contains the Names of our Corporate members and we ask all members to support them.
